Log into your Plaud account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the device, along with all original accessories and manuals, into the original box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
